By using Eventday (eventday.fyi) to create or visit an event website you agree to these terms.
The service
Eventday provides hosted event websites with an admin page for the hosts. Features may change over time. We aim to keep sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Host responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only upload text, photos and files you have the right to share, and nothing unlawful or harmful.
- Use guests' replies only for organising your event.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You allow us to store and display it so your website works. We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these terms or the law.
Ending
You can ask us to delete your site at any time. We may close sites that are inactive after the event or that break these terms, with notice where possible.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data.
